Delete your account
Effective 20 October 2026
You can delete your tucck account, and everything saved in it, at any time. Deleting takes 30 days to finish, so you can change your mind; after that it can’t be undone. To keep a copy, download one first in the app: Account → Export all data.
1. In the tucck app
- Open tucck on your phone and go to Account.
- Tap Delete account…, tick the box and tap Delete my account.
- The account is erased after 30 days. To cancel before then, sign in and tap Cancel deletion on the same screen.
2. Without the app
Write to support@tucck.app from the email address you sign in to tucck with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We reply to confirm it’s you, then schedule the deletion, which finishes 30 days later, the same as in the app. We write again when it’s done.
3. What is deleted
- Your account and your sign-in record at Clerk.
- Every save in your account and its files, and your tucck spaces, tags, tasks and reminders.
- Your phones’ and browsers’ sign-ins, and any data exports.
- Your analytics at PostHog and your purchase history at RevenueCat.
4. What is kept, and for how long
- A record of what you agreed to and withdrew, and when, for one year after the account is erased, to show we respected your choices. It holds nothing you saved.
- Crash reports, which never contain what you save, until Sentry’s standard retention ends (30 to 90 days).
- Google Play’s own order records, if you bought Starter.
- Our providers’ routine backups, for a short time, until they are replaced.
- Saves that only ever lived on your phone stay on that phone until you remove them or uninstall tucck.

5. If you have Starter
Deleting your account doesn’t stop Google Play billing you. Cancel Starter in the Play Store (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → tucck) as well. Questions: support@tucck.app.
